National tenant opens in ACH center

Another national tenant has found a home within an Albanese Cormier Holdings Shopping Center in Orange, Texas. Burke’s Outlet opened its doors on Friday, October 9 in the West Orange Plaza Shopping Center with a traditional ribbon cutting ceremony and Grand Opening event. Albanese Cormier Holdings executives worked with Clay Graham, Principle of Fox & Graham Real Estate, to bring this leading national retailer to the Golden Triangle area.

The new store occupies more than 24,000 square feet and carries a large assortment of men’s, ladies and children’s apparel, handbags, accessories, footwear and home furnishings all up to 70% off department store prices. “The economy may be slow, but with our aggressive leasing strategies and creative marketing we continue to grow our tenant base throughout the Country,” stated Mike Albanese of Albanese Cormier Holdings.
