Fuzzy’s Taco Shop franchise finds home in ACH center
Nederland, Texas—Fuzzy’s Taco Shop franchise chose Albanese Cormier Holdings’ Mid County Shopping Center to establish its new 4,000 SF Southeast Texas location. Deb Cowart with Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold & Associates worked with ACH leasing executives to broker the deal. “We were looking for a location that would match the energy of Fuzzy’s especially since this will be the first location in SE Texas and will set the stage for more to come! The Mid County Shopping Center attracted our attention because of the forward thinking of the owners in reno-vating the center, the traffic and visibility that is being generated with the expanded/remodeled Exygon and the high density of the stable, residential area that surrounds the center. Mid County Shopping Center is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, strategically positioned on the corner of Twin City Highway and Nederland Avenue. The center has a popu-lation draw of over 100,000 residents throughout Southeast Texas. The shopping center is an-chored by newly remodeled Exygon Health & Fitness. Other tenants include a blend of na-tional and local tenants: Dollar General, Urban Retreat Spa, Little Caesars, Let’s Party, Parisi Speed School, Church’s Chicken and Florida Tans. Mid County Shopping Center is in close proximity to the Beaumont, Port Arthur and Orange areas.
