Nederland, TX – AlbaneseCormier’s Mid County Shopping Center has gained a new tenant. The City of Nederland will take up space behind Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and will be easily accessible from Nederland Avenue.
Construction began in late June and was completed by the end of July. The space will accommodate four full-time employees. The City of Nederland will join other Mid County Shopping Center tenants like Huntsman Corporation, Exygon Health & Fitness, Dollar General and several more.
While several spaces have been leased in the last few months, some retail spaces are still available, ranging anywhere from 1,500 square feet—11,800 square feet. The center is currently 90% occupied.

The Nederland Police Department is committed to providing the best in law enforcement and protection to the citizens of Nederland Texas. The Nederland Police Department has 24 full time Sworn Police Officers. The Department employs two full time secretaries and one part-time secretary, six School Crossing Guards, and three part-time civilian employees who work with the prison work release programs.
