Albanese Cormier Holdings Expands into Florida with the Acquisition of Ferry Pass Plaza

PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – Albanese Cormier Holdings has expanded into Florida with the successful acquisition of Ferry Pass Plaza, a beautiful, 115,198 square foot shopping center anchored by Dollar Tree and Ross Dress for Less, purchased at an undisclosed amount from national REIT Phillips Edison & Company.

This is the first property within the state of Florida for Albanese Cormier Holdings, the commercial real estate holding company headquartered in Beaumont, Texas. The company also has property in nearby neighboring states, including Mississippi, Georgia and Louisiana.

Pensacola is the westernmost city in the Florida Panhandle and is the county seat of Escambia County, Florida. Located on North Davis Highway, Ferry Pass Plaza is positioned with access to Interstate 10.

Additional tenants include Subway, Jackson Hewitt and Dirt Cheap, among others. Eric Wohl of Hanley Investment Group represented the buyer in this purchase.
