BEAUMONT, TX August 8, 2016: Albanese Cormier Holdings continues to grow with the addition of three new Walmart Super Center shadow centers, totaling 44,493 square feet. These acquisitions expand ACH’s presence in Louisiana, Kentucky and Georgia. ACH worked very closely with H.P. Smith, Principal of Gibson Smith Realty Co., throughout the process. The acquisitions include Mansfield Plaza, Lebanon Plaza and Tifton Plaza, bringing the total number of acquisitions to 7 so far in 2016.
Mansfield Plaza is a fully leased 10,800 square foot property located on Highway 509 in Mansfield, LA. The center is a shadow anchor of Mansfield’s Walmart Super Center and has the national tenant, Dollar Tree, occupying 8,000 square feet of the center. With great visibility, the center is undoubtedly well-positioned to experience success. Additional tenants include Verizon and locally owned Today’s Nails.
Lebanon Plaza is a beautiful 14,793 square foot property located in Lebanon, KY just off of Campbellsville Highway. With Dollar Tree as the strong national tenant, the shadow anchor of Lebanon’s Walmart Super Center offers potential tenants excellent exposure. Other tenants include Bluegrass Cellular and World Finance.
The third Walmart Super Center shadow anchor, Tifton Plaza, is a fully leased center with a diverse national tenant mix totaling 18,900 square feet. National tenants include AT&T, Cato, and Shoe Show, among others. With easy access to Highway 82, tenants enjoy exposure to high traffic counts gained with this center’s strategic positioning.
