ACH welcomes regional credit union to center
Orange, Texas—DuPont Good-rich Federal Credit Union opened its tenth location in Albanese Cormier Holdings’ West Orange Plaza Shopping Center at the first of the year. DuPont Goodrich FCU’s construction team completely transformed a 3,200 SF for-mer clothing store into the new credit union and drive thru. The new location offers its members a wide variety of financial products and services ranging from checking accounts to business lending. DuPont Goodrich FCU is open to anyone who lives, works or worships in Jefferson, Orange, Hardin or Jasper County. “We are very excited to welcome DuGood Credit Union to our West Orange Plaza Shopping Center. The beautiful new credit union will be a great addition to not only our center, but the entire community,” stated ACH partner Mike Albanese.
West Orange Plaza, owned and managed by Albanese Cormier Holdings, is an extremely successful Walmart outparcel shopping center located in the hub of Orange, Texas. It has a population pull of over 45,000 and provides customers with a great tenant mix of both retail and service oriented businesses. The shopping center has great visibility from legendary Mac-Arthur Circle. Tenants include Burke’s Outlet, CATO, All About You Salon, Sally’s Beauty, ACE Cash, Curves, Nails Art, GNC, Radio Shack, Goodwill and the Military Recruiting Offices. Popular retail tenant rue21 is slated to open at the end of February.
