BEAUMONT, TEXAS – Albanese Cormier Holdings has signed four leases totaling 74,658 square feet to four tenants at three retail centers in Washington and Arkansas.
Kristyn Borgobello, Leasing Executive at ACH, signed two leases at Cedar South in Cedar City, Utah. The new tenants, Quality Products and 4everQuilting, will occupy 1,642 square feet and 1,502 square feet respectively.
Brandi Norwood, Director of Leasing at ACH, worked closely with David Perschbacher with Ollie’s Bargain Outlet to sign two leases at Central City Shopping Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas and Jefferson Square Shopping Center in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Ollie’s will occupy 39,514 square feet at Central City Shopping Center and 32,000 square feet at Jefferson Square Shopping Center.
