Stadium Shopping Center
BEAUMONT, TEXAS – Albanese Cormier Holdings closed on the sale of the 76,082 square-foot shopping center, Stadium Shopping Center, in Beaumont, Texas on December 8, 2017. Kevin Holland of Edge Realty represented ACH as the seller. A private party purchased the center for an undisclosed price.
Stadium Shopping Center was constructed in 1970 and includes several multi-tenant buildings. At the time of the sale, the center was 82% leased to tenants including Citi Trends, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Hibbett Sports and MetroPCS.
While ACH’s aggressive acquisitions program is projected to continue into 2018, this sale marks one of two properties sold by ACH in 2017.
