Burke’s Outlet at Lakeway Shopping Center

BEAUMONT, TEXAS – Albanese Cormier Holdings closed on the sale of the 75,616 square-foot shopping center, Lakeway Shopping Center, in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico on October 31, 2017. Eric Wohl of Hanley Investment Group represented ACH as the seller. A private party purchased the center for an undisclosed price and was represented by NAI Maestas & Ward in the transaction.

Lakeway Shopping Center was constructed in 1984 and includes a single multi-tenant building. At the time of the sale, the center was 73% leased to tenants including Bealls, Burke’s Outlet, Dollar General, Subway and Verizon.
While ACH will continue with their aggressive acquisitions program, the sale of this property launches ACH’s disposition program, and is projected to continue into 2018 with the sale of approximately 1-3 assets per year thereafter.
