Aaron’s opens new store in ACH center

2010-05-Aarons-Press-ReleaseHazlehurst, Mississippi—Aaron’s Rents chose an ACH shopping center as its home when the company expanded into the Hazlehurst market over the summer. Aaron’s real estate committee worked with ACH executives to secure the new 7,500 SF lease at Copiah Trade Center. “We have enjoyed working with Aarons and have been honored to be a partner in their aggressive expansion plans throughout Mississippi,” stated Albanese Cormier Holdings partner Mike Albanese.

Copiah Trade Center is a 63,278 square foot shopping center located in Hazlehurst, Mississippi. The shopping center’s easy access off of both Highway 28 and Highway 51 make it a very successful retail center with excellent parking. Tenants include Family Dollar, Fred’s, Bumper’s, Hudson’s Dirt Cheap, Check Exchange and now Aaron’s Rents. The shopping center has had several improvements to the center including fresh paint for the façade, parking lot upgrades, and landscaping improvements. Construction on the new pylon sigh is slated to begin next month.
