Hudson’s Dirt Cheap Expands Its Footprint in Mississippi

Hudson’s Dirt Cheap expands its footprint in Mississippi

2010-09-Hudsons-Press-ReleaseHudson’s Dirt Cheap has chosen ACH’s Copiah Trade Center in Hazlehurst, Mississippi to open its 54th location. When the previous grocery tenant moved out of the center, ACH saw an opportunity to grow and redevelop the shop-ping center by carving out over 12,000 SF for the regional discount retailer. Craig Haskins, with Craig Haskins and Associates, brokered the deal. Hudson’s Dirt Cheap offers customers 30%-90% off its merchandise, making the store a bargain hunter’s paradise for customers in Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana.

Copiah Trade Center is a 63,278 square foot shopping center located in Hazlehurst, Mississippi. The shopping center’s easy access off of both Highway 28 and Highway 51 make it a very successful retail center. Tenants include Family Dollar, Fred’s, Bumper’s and Check Exchange. The center is currently undergoing ex-tensive construction dividing the former grocery anchor and another space, making way for new tenants in the center.
