ACH expands tenant base in Mississippi
KOSCIUSKO, MS — Albanese Cormier Holdings expands their tenant base in Mississippi with their newest Lease with Aaron’s Rents. The national tenant has chosen ACH’s Parkway Plaza in Kosciusko, Mississippi to open another location. The 8,400 square foot former Bingo hall is currently under intense construction to provide future customers with a large selection of name brand products at competitive prices. “Everything from the electrical to the plumbing has been over-hauled in this space,” stated Mark Hardy, Director of Property Management at ACH’s corporate office. “This is a fantastic location in Kosciusko and we are all excited about welcoming Aaron’s into our Tenant portfolio,” Hardy continued. ACH worked with their local property manager in Mississippi, Craig Haskins, to secure the 5 year lease term with Aaron’s.
Parkway Plaza is an 80,305 square foot shopping center located in Kosciusko, Mississippi. The neighborhood shopping center was acquired by ACH in 2003 and has recently undergone several cosmetic renovations including a new façade, new paint, and several parking lot improvements. Co-tenants at this shopping center include CitiTrends, Premier Medical, Cato, Check Advance, Rapid Cash, Tower Loan, Show Shoe, Beauty Mart and Lovely Nails. Parkway enjoys a 96% occupancy rate and is actively looking for prospects to fill the final 1,200 and 3,000 square foot vacancies.
