MUNCIE, INDIANA – Albanese Cormier Holdings (ACH) announces the purchase of Muncie Marketplace in Muncie, Indiana for an undisclosed price. Senior Directors of HFF Amy Sands and Clinton Mitchell represented the seller in the transaction.
Built in 2014, the 77,871-square-foot marketplace is located at 600 E. McGalliard Road in Muncie and is adjacent to Target and Muncie Mall, the only super-regional shopping mall within a 40-mile radius. The property, which was 100% occupied at the time of purchase, is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Michaels, and Five Below. Other national tenants include McAlister’s Deli, Men’s Wearhouse, Kay Jewelers, and GameStop.
