Albanese Cormier Holdings Expands into Georgia with Acquisition of Beacon Heights Shopping Center

MADISON, GEORGIA – Albanese Cormier Holdings expands into the state of Georgia with the successful acquisition of Beacon Heights Shopping Center, located in Madison, which is the county seat of Morgan County and just 1.5 hours from Atlanta. The shopping center, previously belonging to national REIT Phillips Edison & Company, was purchased for an undisclosed sum, with the assistance of Eric Wohl of Hanley Investment Group, who assisted the buyer.

Madison is centrally located just two hours or less from major U.S. cities, including Atlanta, Augusta and Macon, Georgia. Beacon Heights Shopping Center, a 105,849 square foot property, is comfortably situated just South of Downtown Madison and offers its tenants good visibility and access.

Featuring a diverse national tenant mix, major tenants include Dollar Tree, Goodwill Industries, Hibbett Sports, Goody’s and Rent A Center.

This is the first property within the state of Georgia for Albanese Cormier Holdings, the commercial real estate holding company headquartered in Beaumont, Texas. The company also has property in nearby neighboring states, including Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi.
