BEAUMONT, TEXAS – Albanese Cormier Holdings, LLC (ACH) is excited to announce that 2016 has started off with an acquisition of 4 additional shopping centers in Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama, some of which are grocery-anchored and all feature high occupancy rates. These properties increase our coast-to-coast portfolio to 67 shopping centers in 20 states – encompassing over 4 million square feet under roof.
In addition to acquiring these properties, Albanese Cormier Holdings is eager to welcome Josh Peacock and Nicole Quebedeaux on board to expand the leasing and marketing departments. Along with these new recruits, we are also pleased to announce that Tessa Sterling has been named interim Property Manager for our 450,000 square foot flagship property and company headquarters, Edison Plaza, in Beaumont, Texas.
And lastly, on top of all of these great changes, Albanese Cormier Holdings is launching an expansion of its corporate headquarters to accommodate new personnel and the company’s continued growth.
