“We are very excited to purchase another asset in Illinois and are looking forward to building on the positive leasing momentum started by the previously landlord, Phillips Edison & Company,” said Brandi Norwood, Director of Leasing at ACH. ACH took an interest in the property due to the diverse national tenant mix and the tenants’ strong sales. ACH plans to aggressively pursue leasing opportunities at the center.
