ACH expands into Tennessee
Covington, Tennessee — ACH expanded into its sixth state after the purchase of its 24th property mid-June. The commercial real estate holding group found the Tennessee property to be a great fit for their existing portfolio. “The quality tenant mix with both national anchors and strong local tenants, as well as North Plaza’s geographical location in proximity to several of our other out-of-state proper-ties drew us to this shopping center,” stated ACH Principal Mike Albanese.
North Plaza Center is a 29,640 square foot shopping center located in Covington, Tennessee. Tenants include Dollar Tree, Rent One, State of Tennessee, K&B Beauty Supply, Reese Family Dentist and China Gourmet. The shopping center has great access off of High-way 51, adjacent to Peebles Jr. Department Store. North Plaza Center has limited lease space available.
