BEAUMONT, TEXASAlbanese Cormier Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of two properties in Newport, Kentucky, Newport Plaza and Newport Shopping Center, totaling 425,930 square feet.

Newport Plaza, located at 82 Carothers Road, is a 161,734-square-foot shopping center with anchor tenants such as Dollar Tree, Fresh Thyme, Planet Fitness and Verizon Wireless. Newport Shopping Center is a 264,196-square-foot shopping center located at 1727 Monmouth Street with a diverse national tenant mix that includes Aaron’s, ACE Hardware, Defender Direct, Dollar General, Family Dollar and Taco Bell.

The centers were purchased for an undisclosed price from an unnamed seller that was represented by Scott Katz of Midland Retail.
