The Hungry Greek Expands into Hot Springs, AR at Albanese Cormier’s Central City Shopping Center

Hot Springs, Arkansas – Albanese Cormier Holdings, with the help of broker Denise Warner of Florida-based Producers Realty, is pleased to announce its latest tenant partner at Central City Shopping Center following the successful execution of a long-term lease agreement with The Hungry Greek. 

Opening in Summer 2015, The Hungry Greek is a casual dining restaurant that features an open-kitchen concept and serves a variety of homemade Greek dishes including gyros, souvlaki, dolmades and more, along with traditional American fare. The Hungry Greek will join other Central City Shopping Center tenants including Dollar General, Subway and Carmike Cinema, to name a few.

Founded in 2006, The Hungry Greek first opened its doors in West Tampa, Florida and has since expanded throughout the state. This new location marks the first restaurant in the state of Arkansas for the company.

Central City Shopping Center, bordered by the city’s major roadways Crawford Drive, Central Avenue and Higdon Ferry Road, is a large 166,871 square foot property which benefits from convenient Interstate access, excellent roadway visibility and a diverse tenant mix. Retail space is available ranging from 785 SF – 8,854 SF.
