Regional tenant finds new home in ACH shopping center
Fort Smith, Arkansas — Locke Supply has relocated to ACH’s Central Shopping Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Locke Supply is a wholesale supplier of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical supplies, Whirlpool Baths, refrigeration supplies, and tools. The company has over 150 branches throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. The new Locke Supply location will provide customers with 27,000 SF of retail space. The store’s expansion will provide 12 full-time positions and 5 part-time positions to the Fort Smith workforce. Albanese Cormier Holdings executives worked with commercial real estate broker, Chad Rogers in order to secure this 10 year lease term.
