 BEAUMONT, TX August 12, 2016: Albanese Cormier Holdings has had a wonderful year thus far closing quite a few national deals in 2016, effectively leasing over 130,000 square feet in the retail sector.

During the 1st and 2nd quarter, Brandi Norwood executed the following leases: two (2) Planet Fitness deals in Hot Springs and Pine Bluff, AR with Brian Gehrki of Gehrki Commercial Real Estate, LLC brokering the deal, Hibbett Sports in Beaumont, TX working closely with Jim Weir of Retail Connection, three (3) Dollar Tree deals in Beaumont and Vidor, TX as well as in Lake Charles, LA with all three deals being brokered, again, by Jim Weir of Retail Connection and Jonathan Rudolph of Rudolph Development Group, Inc., Dunkin Donuts coming soon to Beaumont, TX with Jonathan Hicks of SRS Real Estate Partners helping to close this deal, Little Caesar’s in Madison, GA, Kay Jewelers in Corinth, MS executed with the help of Jeff Kimbrall of The Shopping Center Group, Great Clips in Decatur, IL, Shoe Sensation in Covington, TN, two (2) Cricket Wireless deals in both Leesville, LA and Philadelphia, MS, Shoe Show in Harrodsburg, KY, Capital Title in Beaumont, TX and an Encore Expansion in Murphy, NC.

Kristyn Borgobello has closed deals with Retro Fitness in Cedar City, UT with the help of broker Heather Bogden of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, Sportsman’s Warehouse in Cedar City, UT working closely with broker Taylor Debry of Situs Retail Group and Joy Teriyaki in Cedar City, UT with broker Chris Schneider of Keller Williams. Borgobello has also made deals leasing out more than 11,000 additional square feet of office space in ACH’s corporate office building, Edison Plaza, in downtown Beaumont, TX.
