AlbaneseCormier Holdings Expands Into Kansas with Acquisition of Topeka Commons Shopping Center

TOPEKA, KANSAS – AlbaneseCormier Holdings has expanded into Kansas with the successful acquisition of Topeka Commons, a beautiful, 124,859 square foot shopping center which features national tenants Dollar General and Radio Shack, to name a few.

This is the first property within the state of Kansas for AlbaneseCormier Holdings, the commercial real estate holding company headquartered in Beaumont, Texas. The company also has property in nearby neighboring states, including Arkansas and Missouri.

Topeka is the capital city of the state of Kansas and is situated along the Kansas River. Topeka Commons also features major national tenants Dollar Tree and a major hardware store, among others. Drew Quinn of Colliers International represented the seller in this transaction.
