bg-tupelo

TUPELO, MISSISSIPPI – AlbaneseCormier Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cross Creek Shopping Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. The 65,269 square foot property, purchased at an undisclosed amount from national REIT Phillips Edison & Company, is anchored by national tenants and is located off of U.S. Route 78, between Memphis and Birmingham.

Tupelo is the county seat and the largest city of Lee County. It is also the seventh-largest city in the state. With anchors including PetSmart, which occupies more than 19,000 square feet, and Staples, which occupies almost 24,000 square feet, the center is well-positioned within its market and offers potential tenants excellent roadway exposure.

A shadow center of Tupelo’s Home Depot, Cross Creek Shopping Center also offers an additional 1.4 acre out-parcel available for lease, perfect for a build-to-suit tenant. Additional tenants include Beltone Hearing and Cracker Barrel restaurant, located on a second out-parcel on the property.

Cross Creek Shopping Center is asset number four in AlbaneseCormier Holdings’ Mississippi market. Other properties are located in Clinton, Hazlehurst and Kosciusko. Eric Wohl of Hanley Investment Group represented the buyer in this purchase.
