Albanese Cormier Holdings Expands its Tennessee Portfolio with the Acquisition of Rivergate Square

MADISON, TENNESSEE – Albanese Cormier Holdings expands its Tennessee portfolio with the successful acquisition of Rivergate Square, located in Madison, Tennessee, located on Gallatin Pike (U.S. 31-A) and Altus Avenue. The previous national REIT Phillips Edison & Company property was purchased at an undisclosed amount with the assistance of Eric Wohl of Hanley Investment Group, who represented the buyer.

Rivergate Square, a 82,088 square foot shopping center, is a Home Depot shadow anchored property with a diverse, national tenant mix. Major tenants include Office Depot, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Dollar General and Outback Steakhouse located on an outparcel.

As part of the Rivergate Mall Area, anchored by Dillard’s, JCPenney and Sears, Rivergate Square benefits from high traffic counts and easy accessibility.

Rivergate Square joins Albanese Cormier Holdings’ Tennessee portfolio as asset number two, next to North Plaza Shopping Center in Covington, Tennessee.
