Albanese Cormier Holdings Expands into Oregon with the Acquisition of Sandy Marketplace

SANDY, OREGON – Albanese Cormier Holdings expands into the state of Oregon with the successful acquisition of Sandy Marketplace, located in Sandy, just 28 miles from Portland. The shopping center, previously belonging to national REIT Phillips Edison & Company, was purchased for an undisclosed sum with the assistance of Eric Wohl of Hanley Investment Group, who assisted the buyer.

Sandy is centrally located just 45 minutes from Mt. Hood National Forest and is less than an hour from Portland, Oregon’s largest city and the third most populous city in the Pacific Northwest.

Sandy Marketplace, a 100,762 square foot shopping center, is anchored by Grocery Outlet, Bi-Mart and Dollar Tree. The anchor tenants are accompanied by a diverse tenant mix, including Pizza Hut, H&R Block, NAPA Auto Parts and Baskin Robbins, among others.

This is the first property within the state of Oregon for Albanese Cormier Holdings, the commercial real estate holding company headquartered in Beaumont, Texas.
