ACH corporate office grows with portfolio
Beaumont, Texas — ACH corporate office is elated to welcome Mark Hardy to their staff. Mark joined the ACH team mid-spring as the company’s Director of Property Management to over-see all construction projects for the company. He also works closely with both vendors and Tenants to maintain and improve the value of each property within ACH’s portfolio.
Wasting no time as a newbie, Mark jumped into several construction and renovation projects the company had underway out-of-state. “Mark is a huge asset to the Albanese Cormier Holdings Family. His positive, out-of-the-box thinking makes him a great fit with our existing management team. He brings experience, integrity and deep knowledge for his new role at ACH, ” stated Mike Albanese, ACH Partner.
Mark brings over 20 years of management experience to the ACH team. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Vice President/Partner of J&J Manufacturing Company. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Additionally, Mark is a proud member of the Boy Scouts of America and a past Orange County Royal Ambassador Director. His civic duties continue as an avid supporter of Boys Haven and as a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Beaumont. Mark and his wife Theresa reside in Beaumont, Texas.
